My latest invention


I always knew that one day I’ll invent something however never thought it will be in kitchen.

I am going to share the recipe of the wonderful new dish that I invented today which is yet to be named so your valuable suggestions are welcome.

Before we start with main recipe here are some preconditions to make this dish.

* First It can be cooked only after 10 pm on Saturdays.
* Second the out side temperature should be below zero so that you can not think of going out.
* Third you should not be in a place where you can order some food and get free home delivery.
* Last you should be hungry but not in the mood to cook and your other roommates hoping that you are going to cook.


Ingredients:

Main ingredients to make  this dish are following.

1.First you need to search.
   
   Search what?? Nothing!!
 
You have to simply search something to eat and somehow you need to find one Maggie. Now remember one thing here you’ll be very happy once you’ll find a maggie and you’ll be tempted to make it but you have to resist yourself, because there will be two more person in your home equally hungry and one maggie is not enough for three so you need to think about them also.

2.Second you need to search again at least two good onions and two good potatoes from the sack of rotten ones in your kitchen. 

3. Third you need to open fridge and there you will find two leftover slices of brown breads. Its very good if you have brown bread leftover as its good for health however you can use white bread also.

4. Fourth you need poha. Now here is some twist!! This is main ingredient of this dish.
 Its not normal poha that you make for breakfast and eat with Jalebi. This is once in a blue moon you bought it from market thinking that you are buying poha and when first time you go on making it and put some water on it and within a second it absorbs all water and creates a mess and then you hold your head tightly by your hand saying....ohh shit!!! its not poha its chivada !!

5.Some peanuts, regular spices and yes don’t forget in the morning you cooked frozen mixed veg and some of them is still left in other pan. Use that also.


Method:

Cut the onion and potatoes in small pieces. Obviously there is no chilli left in the kitchen so forget about adding it.
Put some oil in pan and deep fry peanuts . After that put pieces of onions and potatoes.
Then add Maggie and mix it properly. After two minutes add some water add spices and let it cook for two minutes.
Then make small pieces of brown bread and add it also and mix it.
Now open the side pan and put the mixed veg.
Now add some water in poha. aahhh ..not poha; chivda or mess poha.Add it and mix it properly.

Add some more water. And in just two more minutes our supper is ready .


I hope you liked my invented dish. Fast to cook, good to eat and yet to be named!!
